HELP WANTED

My beloved research assistant Peter Fusco has left the United States and so I am now in search of another scholarly man or woman who would like to assist me in my current sclerotium research project. The work will largely entail transcribing long, often tedious, technical discussions about mycology. The payment will be in burrito and/or tea when appropriate. Email me if you are interested.

The link on your profile doesn't display an email. What is it? I'm interested if it can be done remotely.

"all applicants must possess sufficient research skills to find my address." = hilarious. I am going to assume that the research pertains to an article you wrote regarding the San Antonio doctor that was murdered. I happened upon that article when I was at my fathers one day. After reading it I needed to find out who you were because the content of the article was so, subversive in a way. Like the mushroom itself growing underfoot, the entire culture surrounding that particular individual seemed to permeate everything about what was happening then, while at the same time seeming so phantom like. I was intrigued. Especially because the way you wrote about the whole thing seemed so personal. It was the feet on the ground kind of reporting I dug. Anyways. I thought to myself. This guy has a great job. So. Bully for you. I hope you found suitable help. If ever you find yourself in the Finger Lakes of New York, holler at me. We'll get stoned and drink maple syrup.
